General principles
- To place an order, please contact us using the form, by e-mail or by telephone.
- It is necessary to provide detailed information for processing the order.
- The ordered product will be delivered by specialised courier services. The customer pays the delivery costs indicated in the order.
- The customer is obliged to make an advance payment before the order is fulfilled and the remaining amount upon receipt of the product. If the instrument is shipped at the customer’s request, the customer is obliged to pay the shipping costs and the handpan protection box.
- A VAT invoice will be issued at the customer’s request. The VAT invoice can be delivered electronically to the e-mail address provided by the customer, unless the customer expressly states that the VAT invoice should be sent in traditional form.
- The customer will be informed when the order has been finalised. From this time, the delivery time of the products is no more than 7 working days.
- Handpan instruments are covered by a 2-year warranty.
- Complaints during the warranty period can be submitted via the contact form or by email: mayznahandpan@gmail.com. The notification should include a description of the defect and photos of the product showing the defects.
- If the product is not in conformity with the contract, the customer may request the repair or replacement of the product or submit a declaration of price reduction or cancellation of the contract if: the seller has refused to bring the product into conformity with the contract; the seller has failed to bring the product into conformity with the contract.
- The seller shall consider the complaint of non-conformity of the product with the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Both in the case of the warranty and in the case of a complaint, the customer shall return the product at their own expense.
- After repair or replacement, the cost of delivery of the instrument to the customer shall be borne by the seller.
